I'm trying to understand this forum.....I joined in May but have no thread starting or picture or video posting ability. I can't have a custom avatar and I cant seem to get an answer back as to what I have to do to get these privileges. I emailed board member Bob Dole but haven't as of yet gotten a response. Any help would be appreciated. =) thanks guys.
