Looks pretty comparable to me.
The only network they both played on was ESPN. The lowest rated ESPN game for Tennessee drew 3.9 million viewers. The highest rated game for Baylor on ESPN drew 3.3 million viewers. (Never mind the fact that Tennessee got twice as many games on these networks as Baylor.)
