Except that everyone, including yours truly, lost at least 40% in the 2008 crash and even with the market at 15k, I'm not back to even.

I can't think of a better ROI than owning an NFL team. It's a cash cow.

And anyone that tells you that you'll consistently earn 8-10% for a decade or more, is a shyster.
