But you can bet your ass that Pioli was on the phone trying to push it as well.

Pioli has built up enough connections in this league that it wouldn't have been hard to get KCTV5 to forward that video clip to some people of influence. All he'd have needed was a couple of visible champions to slow the surge and it could've made a huge difference.

Instead we just keep getting torched because nobody in this organization has done shit to quell the national squawking. Afterall, if you quiet the noise, the story again becomes the ineffectiveness of your hand-picked QB.
