Are you a trained and certified professional? Have you even talked to your doctor about this? Research is great, but anything can be taken out of context. You talk about bacon and deep frying cheese. What good is losing weight if you die of a heart attack when you're 40?
Obviously we disagree, but yet you keep telling me that I'm doing things wrong because I'm not doing it your way. Clay lost weight, and now he thinks he's some sort of health and fitness guru. Has he gone to school for any of this? Is he a trained professional? Has he (or you) looked at overall health vs. losing weight?
