The Seahawks waited until Sunday to make a decision about right tackle Justin Britt’s availability for the NFC Championship game, but the extra time didn’t work out in Britt’s favor.
Britt is inactive for the matchup with the Packers due to a knee injury. Alvin Bailey will start in his place. Safety Jeron Johnson, who joined Britt with a questionable tag, is also inactive.
There aren’t any surprises on the Packers list. Running back Eddie Lacy and quarterback Aaron Rodgers are both active, as are backup quarterbacks Matt Flynn and Scott Tolzien to give Green Bay some insurance in the event Rodgers’s calf takes a turn for the worse.
Running back DuJuan Harris, cornerback Demetri Goodson, linebacker Carl Bradford, center Garth Gerhart, tight end Justin Perillo, wide receiver Jeff Janis and defensive tackle Bruce Gaston are inactive for the Packers.
Quarterback B.J. Daniels, cornerback Marcus Burley, guard Keavon Milton, defensive end David King and tight end Cooper Helfet round out Seattle’s inactives.
