I'd be stunned too if Briles does leave to Nebraska. There's no connection there, that I know of.
If he was leaving, I can see him going to aTm like you mentioned, but also possible at Texas, but, I'm sure he's also comfortable staying in Baylor as well, since they're getting a new stadium and all that.
