Schaub and Stafford are absolutely better than him. You forgot Brees on your list, and I would rather have Alex Smith, Newton, Vick (yes, Vick) and Rivers over Cutler.
If you disagree with those last three, then we can absolutely mix and match between Bradford, Kaep, Dalton, and Wilson.
