Just went out and played in 107 heat index. Hit the ball like absolute shit: one fairway and one green, but I managed to scrap together a 41, which with the way I hit the ball, felt like a 34.

I was hitting huge flares all day, which is really odd for me, because I never cut the ball. I finally started rolling my hands over super hard on 7 and hit the driver a bit more solid, but I was still all over the place.

That was exhausting, especially walking in that heat and humidity.

Yeah, I'm playing Shoal Creek tomorrow at noon. Its gonna be a high of 97. Pretty sure I'm gonna get heat stroke. But hey its free so what can ya do.
