I thought it made perfect sense for Marie to slap Skyler.
It wasn't really a stretch for her to figure out that Walt being dirty was directly related to Hank getting shot, and Skyler knew about Walt's dirtiness BEFORE Hank got shot. Skyler could have prevented the whole thing.
When you think about it, Marie's been pretty much spot on this season. She told Hank several times that he should immediately tell the DEA about Walt, because it would be so much worse if he didn't and they found out he hadn't told them.
Hank would be a hell of a lot better off right now if he had followed his wife's advice. Walt's threat to blame Hank and completely destroy his reputation and his life is a tool to give him leverage over Hank and prevent him from turning Walt in. If Hank had already turned Walt in, Walt would have no reason to try to frame Hank because he wouldn't have anything to gain by doing so.
