Also, according to my friend, the NFL has no interest whatsoever in the City of Industry. It's all about DTLA, AEG and finding an owner that's willing to give up 49%, at minimum, in the team itself.
And *maybe* (wink, wink) Jerry Jones' recent comments were alluding to the fact that they've found a team willing to do so.
And once again, please take it FWIW. Rumors are always rumors until proven as fact.

But really downtown stadiums are the only option these days, cores are being revitalized and it's where things happen now. To some degree it's reverse suburban flight....
