I don't think she knows what she's talking about.
There's a two-hour finale. It was supposed to be a one hour finale due to the writer's strike, but at the last minute, the producers decided that they could squeeze in an extra hour and make it a two-hour season finale.
She seemed "loopy". She probably went to Hooters (right next door to El Capitan, where Kimmel films) for a few early cocktails before hitting the show.
