Javelin glitch - you ran around with your javelin out instead of your actual gun. Anytime someone killed you, your javelin would immediately fire and kill the person who killed you.
Care package glitch - not sure how it was done, but somehow guys would get unlimited care packages which meant they always had some sort of air support (helicopter, pave low, ac130, etc) going.
Both glitches essentially ruined MW2 for several weeks while they got it fixed.
