There are no compatibility issues with ram and gpu, there is no relation between the two. Dedicated gpu's have their own onboard memory.
Really the only thing to consider is your cpu and psu. The motherboards only requirement is at least one PCIe x16 slot which all modern motherboards have, if there's one out there that doesn't I haven't seen it.
