The importance of QB in today's game can not be overstated.
However, at some point, even the very best QBs need help.
WV has no running game, and you would need Sherlock Holmes, Columbo, and Monk to find their defense.
I think Smith bounces back with a good game, but WV has little chance of winning this game.
