When your GM (Reggie Mac) is not even talking about this year in press conferences but the year after you know it's gonna be a bad year.
Keep hope alive though Raider fans. You have the least amount of talent in an already super bad division with the team at top (Denver) only having a year window left so 2014 may be looking good for you and the rest possibly. Or it could mean a 7-9 record will win it all after this year...yuck.
