But it was lawful and it was like 30 years+ after he was born. He hadn't been trying to kill him his entire life.
And let's not forget Tyrion has been wasting his dad's money like candy as well as demeaning the Lannister name with his actions for years. He did kill his mother when he was born and Tywin understandably was angry but even afterwards with that knowledge, Tyrion decided to drag the Lannister name through the mud and spit on her memory. Tyrion isn't just Tywin's son, he is also Joanna's son and he doesn't give 2 flying farts about it. He is selfish and always has been. I have no sympathy for him. Joanna was also a Lannister fyi.
