I guess what I'm saying is just be prepared to fight. If you are a good dad, and you love your kids and you are 100% sure these kids are better off with you than with the mother, then be prepared to fight for the right to have full time custody if the mom decides to move away. I don't want to discourage you from fighting the good fight. However you really have to do what is best for the kids and that may mean letting her have to kids part of the year too.
