I was at home and not at the game but we reacted just as the fans at the game reacted.
We cheered the positive yardage gained on that play.
We stopped, gasped and held our breath for a few moments when Cassel was on the ground.
We cheered again when we saw he was able to get up and walk off on his accord.
What in the world would make Winston - or anyone - jump to the conclusion that anyone was cheering Cassel being hurt? That is just....well, insane in my book.
I see fans at every game cheering positive plays and I see fans cheering whenever one of their players, who appears to be hurt, gets up and is able to walk off the field. That happens every Sunday.
This is just an example fo someone wanting to be ticked off at the fans and it makes him look really bad - especially for being a first year player with the team we've been with - in may cases longer than he's been alive.
Wow, he really made an ass of himself with this.
