Just watched the whole Glennon vs FSU vid.
He hardly made a single throw outside of 15 yards. All he does is throw over the middle to the check-downs and intermediate crossing patterns. Once in awhile, he tries a back-shoulder comeback route. It's basically dink and dunk all the way down the field.
Not to mention that comical throw that should've been picked in the end-zone at the end of the game, as well as hitting the check-down when there was a WR open down-field that Glennon was heavily criticized on. If this is Pioli's proof that Glennon is better than Smith, then I guess he looks for a guy that is awesome at hitting the check-down.
I'm at a loss for words for how anyone could think Glennon is better than Smith.
