yea, we have the 1st or 2nd pick
the only thing left is who gets the 1st and/or will we end up tied and deal with flip-flop.
If we lose ... we get the 1st
If the jags win ... we get the 1st
If we both win or both lose ... the we get 1st (via tiebreak) but flip-flop each rd
If we win and the jags lose ... the jags get the 1st
