At the end of the day, I am not upset that we didn't sign Orton.
What I am upset about is the near certainty that the reason that Orton signed with the Cowboys because he was told that Matt Cassel was the unquestioned starter and that he would only be signed to compete with Stanzi for the backup position.
That is the failing.
Cassel is the unquestioned starter.
