That "bitch" who spilled warm coffee on herself deserved every penny. McDonalds was serving scalding hot coffee and was warned many times about it. Even if what she did was dumb, she ended up getting horrific burns that should never happen with reasonably temperatured coffee.

I hate frivolous lawsuits, but this is one of the most misunderstood I've ever seen.
