Just got back from the range - first time shooting the H&K.
Love the gun, just wish I had used it more effectively. While I had my share of bullseyes, I also had an annoying tendency to pull down and to the left, and when I tried to compensate for it things got ugly. Last group of 20 I had five bulls, two 9s, three 8s, six 7s, 2 6s and 2 misses. All but two would have been fatal, but still, I need more practice. When you're shooting an H&K, it's kind of hard to blame to gun.
And from the DUMBASS YOU SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AROUND BEFORE YOU BUY department, the gun store had that conversion rail for $20. I paid $60 for that and a laser I don't need last night.
