This is an odd ranking and I don't give it much credibility.
There's no way you can rank the Colts that low or the Ravens either. There's also no way you can rank Cinci that high when so much of their team could take roles on a revival of Dragnet. Much the same holds for the Titans and their ranking.
And honestly out side of winning it with Dungy's team what has Gru and the Bucs done? They should be much lower.
