He might be if he weren't such a gutless one who sucks the penis. All of the criticism about Garcia's mental makeup goes doubly for Lynn.
He has a 3.73 xFIP this year, which is about what you'd expect from a nice third starter, but I'd never, ever trust him in a big game, and he proves it with every pants-shitting he delivers past July
Furthermore, the Pirates are an absolute matchup nightmare for the Cardinals, and I fully expect them to drive a ****ing stake in their hearts at Busch next weekend.
