Nothing else needs to be said about DM. As soon as he's fired--please let that be soon--he'll be hired by a successful organization to be the director of scouting or to fill some other FO job that has a large say in amateur talent.

This will be similar to what happened with Allard Baird, who didn't have time to take a shit before Boston called offering him a larger salary than he earned in KC to join their front office. Both are good baseball minds; both were/are in positions to fail in KC.
