Grow-your-own mushrooms?
Anyone ever used one of those grow-your-own mushrooms in a box kit things? Like this?



Basically the box comes with the spores and the growing soil, you open the box, put it in a window sill, mist it a couple days, and have fresh mushrooms in a week, with most getting at least four full harvests from one box.

I've been thinking about it, as finding anything other than white button or portobellos is damn near impossible here.
