Do they have baseball bats in Europe? It seems like he would've thrown a soccer ball at the robber, which of course would have caused the robber to fall onto the ground and fake an injury.
I find it interesting that the healthy robber left a man behind. You never leave a man behind. That's common knowledge.
And I'm surprised they didn't whack both guys more with the bat. One measly shot on the escaping guy, and then they let the bonked guy hang out other than a few kicks. He may well have had a gun, so I'd think that I would Babe Ruth that guy into unconsciousness again, just to be safe.
