Although, to my surprise, it was only 1.6 lbs. As of Monday, I start the remainder of the year off at 221.2 lbs. I've recently started doing the roller derby gig, and I have practice four hours per week. Still playing softball and still jogging. The exercise hasn't been a problem. Drinking my water and making healthier food choices once again will be my main focus again. I want to lose 50 lbs.

Now, on a different note - women crack me up. Ask a guy what they weigh....175. As a woman what they weight....175.3.
