Work Ethic, I can understand. Accuracy, that will come easy. His mechanics, and footwork in college were awful. he took no coaching, not that he had any real coaching to begin with, and got through his college career on sheer talent. Working With Andy, Doug, Nagy, and Alex, he will have no problem with accuracy, and from what is being reported, he is clinging to Alex Smith, so he is going to develop the work ethic. Yes, in this instance, I am pimping Alex Smith. His work ethic is unquestioned.
