On one 360 console, can two people create a team (1 per person)... say, in the same division. I would control KC and only KC in all season games played. A friend would play Oakland and all their season games. He would play against me with whatever team is on my KC schedule... and vice versa. We would just sim the other, non-KC/Oak games weekly.
