If you don't feel like spending the money on the Prime membership, Diapers.com has the same 2-day shipping for free on orders over $50. If you're not buying diapers $50 at a time, you're doing it wrong.

We've ended up buying our diapers at Sam's (I get a free card). I think it ended up being a little cheaper actually, at least for the brand that we use. He likes to get a little rash with a lot of the disposables, except one brand in particular, which they fortunately carry. I halfway wish they sold a smaller box at Sam's. We're on the verge of size 3 already, and have one of those jumbo boxes of 2s to burn through still. I'm thinking I'll have to poach one of the neighbor's steers every now and then to feed him if he stays at this rate.
