He would have invaluable help in Thomas and Gibbs as far as game planning goes too. Those 2 would make it much less risky. There are 3 coaches on that staff that Dorsey would have great insight to knowing how they could handle it. Winston Moss and Darren Perry the other two. Even if its a similar style to what the Jets and ravens run with stacking a couple 325 plus DT's together with a stout and lengthy 300 lb DE up front doing some 2 gap but with some flexability within the scheme I would love it. We got some beef in Powe/Poe and stoutness of Toribio to run something similiar
