I took a tour of it before the art moved in and the fire prep is really impressive with air containment for the buildings and an onsite water tank.
I am a few miles below the creek fire, no burn danger, but I got some apologies from neighbors last night after they had given me tons of shit for cutting down two trees a couple of months ago that were too close to my roof. If the top of my hill ever burned my house would have been an easy flare up because of those two trees. I still have a bunch of nice trees on the other side of the driveway and the neighbors are now feeling bad for being gigantic assholes when I basically saved our houses in advance!

Be safe!
I could see the Ventura fires from Lake Hollywood yesterday and when I loaded the kids for school this morning, the air was filled heavily with smoke, so much so that my hair stunk all day.
I was up in Burbank today and while heading down Barham, I could see heavy smoke above the mountains. It was pretty hazy up there, too.
