I just can't imagine that with the fingers this community has, volume of people, spectrum of professions, lifestyles and class, that someone doesn't work with them, know them, their brothers, sisters or for all I know is the lead investigator on the case.
If they were innocent and I knew them, I think I'd be inclined to say "you know what, I know these people, I vouch for them as honest and they didn't do it"......but no one has...
I hope the child is alright, but with each day it just seems less likely that this is going to have a happy ending.

Yeah, but that's the problem. Even if someone did know the lead investigator, the police and detectives involved, or the tactical team that has been executing the searches, etc, they couldn't really say anything right now anyway (especially if the feeling from those people were that the parents were guilty, but they were still working on gathering evidence, building a case, charging them, etc.)
