At his very best he'll be Jay Cutler/Matt Stafford. But has a good chance to be to be like Quinn.
Seriously. He has all the talent of Cutler and Stafford. He throws way too much off his backfoot like Stafford. Takes risks like Cutler. And seemingly can't put touch on some of his throws like Quinn.
I wouldn't touch him with a 1st or 2nd rnd pick.
