Doesn't make him any less than annoying, but it's pretty dishonest to say that if Gruden walks away from Geno's interview impressed, that we should all pay attention. Gruden is often wrong on QBs, but that's usually because he's a huge pussy.

Everything I've seen from Gruden suggest he loves everybody. Hell he'll love Matt Cassel if you let him.
