If Smith was so good and clutch, Harbough would of kept him and never drafted Kap in the first place
He has been a mediocre qb throughout his career, even Harbough knew he was limited
That is what I don't understand. Why is he good enough when the guy who got the most out of him didn't even fully believe in him?
