Yes and no.. It's a temporary fix -- once your save file gets to be large in size, these framerate issues will come back
Yup, Bethesda has once again shit on the PS3 and they are remaining far too quiet on this PS3 issue...
Only thing you can do to guarantee smooth gameplay -- create a new character and enjoy until you get to about 40+ hours of gameplay.. sucks.
