Teams will inevitably reach for a few years because of the new CBA but once they realize they ARE reaching and that these guys aren't worth their draft position, we'll see things get back to "normal", i.e., pre-2010.
You could throw Tannehill in there too.

Yeah, the CBA is a huge part of it since the monetary risk is so much less now, but its also the rules skewing everything to offense right now imo... a well rounded "manager" type just wont do anymore, everyone wants a big armed playmaker machine to take advantage of the current rules.
