One of my companions was a bit irate at the way the female cast was treated, however. She pointed out that the strongest female character in the film was constantly undermined, then killed, then replaced by a man. The second strongest was played up as incompetent and demoted to a secretary where she is apparently far happier. The third female character was pointed out as a weak-willed and fearful former prostitute and was murdered almost immediately after she had sex with the main character.

Because James Bond has always screamed anti-sexism and total respect for women. Don't go see a Bond film and bitch about feminist bs, what about the many a men that Bond has met then killed, you think they were built up to anything but weak corpses for Bond to have his way with?
