Reid is the best chance of us fielding a surefire competitive team with a shot at a Super Bowl. Kelly is a boom/bust hire whose boom could be huge. I don't think either hire is good/bad, but given the state of the Chiefs and the need for a consistently good team, Reid is better for this situation.
