He got the short end of the stick. No one is denying that. What should be in doubt, but will never be, because Internet, is that there should be a degree of moderation in analyzing his play.

The narrative here is that Smith got ****ed as hard as you can get ****ed, and that's just not true at all. He was let down by his receivers, but he was not outright ****ed to the extent that some of the dipshits on here are claiming

I said it before: he played a nice game. He wasn't terrific, and he wasn't terrible.

Apparently, a degree of gray is no so offensive as to be apostasy.
