I don't buy it either. Marrone is quoted as saying that he would have taken Barkley over RG3 last year and on the same level as Luck had he entered.

It's a crazy thing to say but that's not the point. Point is that I'd think Barkley would be his guy. The Naasib stuff is a simple and lazy way to look at it.
