Depends on the OC hire. Zorn = Same system = Cassel, plus try to bring in a more legit backup than Palko.
Someone else, IE Saunders, means they're scrapping the whole system, so that likely means that they keep Cassel, but go hard after someone like Campbell and have essentially an open competition in TC...
