From the story this morning, it seems that Marinelli basically restricted him to Tampa-style D, something which Herm did not do to him in NY. With Gunther as well, Herm has been more hands off and let him dial up many multiple fronts and coverages.
Gunther's doing okay, but Donnie Henderson would be a good addition to the staff as well. It might be a case of too many cooks. We'll see after the year if Herm regrets keeping Gun. I doubt he does.

Gun just needs to get these guys to play more consistant from week to week. Especially in big games on the road.
