I haven't seen any "I told you so" posts, but I haven't read every post... the post I quoted even said "mocking the hire more because he is a shitty head coach," not "mocking KU fans because they got excited about Leach and got Weis".... if that was implied, then touché, I guess.
And if you haven't noticed, fans & the media speculate... a lot. It sucks, and even if people were excited to hear Leach mentioned in the same breath as the KU job, it doesn't mean fans
really believed it would happen. It's all just silly rumors, and I think most of us have been around long enough to know how it works.
