They finally found it and removed it but it took 30 minutes on the phone with them constantly telling me it wasn't there when it ultimately was.

Have fun if you ever decide you want to delete your Gamertag/Live account.
You submit the request via a link buried in their website and then wait 270 days for it to "expire" and be removed.
Of course, then you come back 400 days later and it's still there and they want you to start the process all over.
No matter how many times you ask, they won't delete it.
