Cardinals by far. But, its not apples to apples. KMOX use to broadcast baseball games to like 25 states in the 50's and 60's. They built their current fan base off that radio reach.

Cardinals have been around for 125 years and won 11 WS. Royals got a good fan base. Just nowhere near as large as the Cardinal fan base.
